"In an urgent bind with our 285 Columbus Ave Condominium Project, I called NorthEast Electrical for some Value Engineering help. One of your associates very calmly redid the riser design using typical products that we use in these High Rise Condominiums, met with the Engineer, and attended several meetings with the Construction Manager and Developer. Another associate also did the same with the Lighting Package, exhibiting extreme patience working out lighting layouts, and making some excellent substitution changes for some of the originally high priced fixtures. Your associates did a great job getting the Electrical numbers back in line so that the project would actually go forward. Please thank both of them for their efforts.
